The confirmation of the order by the Customer represents acceptance of these general conditions.

All items on the site are generally available while stocks last.

Unavailable products are not normally charged, however it may happen that on some rare occasions (simultaneity of the order) unavailable products are charged. In this case ALMA NATA SRL undertakes to promptly inform the Customer by email or telephone and undertakes to reimburse the Customer within 5 working days.

General Product Disclaimer

ALMA NATA SRL is active daily in keeping the nutritional information, ingredients, images and warnings of each individual product on its site updated. We therefore invite customers who purchase the products on the site to carefully read the indications, ingredients and allergens on the labels of the products purchased before consuming them. The products on sale are described and presented with the greatest possible precision.

We advise the customer to check the expiry date before opening a product package; if it does not have a “usable” expiry date, please notify us promptly: we will immediately replace it.

Product prices

Prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT (for Italy).

ALMA NATA SRL reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, the products will be invoiced at the price relative to the order confirmation.

Non-EU countries

Prices for non-EU countries are indicated excluding VAT. Orders for countries outside the EU may be subject to taxes or customs duties or documentation imposed by the country of destination.

Such duties, taxes and documents delivered upon delivery are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We also inform you that deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to inspection by customs.

ALMA NATA SRL is not required to verify such customs duties, taxes applied and/or documentation requested.

We therefore inform you that the customer from non-EU countries is considered to all intents and purposes an official importer and is therefore required to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the goods.

Order procedure

The confirmation of the order by the Customer represents acceptance of these general conditions.

Handling of undelivered packages: packages not delivered to the address indicated in the order confirmation may be returned to our warehouses.

After receiving and checking the packages by our logistics, ALMA NATA SRL will contact the customer to verify whether they are still interested in the product or if ALMA NATA SRL can proceed with the refund, based on the customer’s choice.

ALMA NATA SRL reserves the right to proceed with the refund instead of sending the order again if multiple shipments returned to the sender with an unknown recipient are detected.

In the event that the customer indicates as the reason for returning the package: “REFUSED” it means that the Customer has refused the package. After receiving and checking the packages by our logistics, ALMA NATA SRL will refund the amount paid by the Customer within 5 working days, except for any taxes or duties necessary to unlock the products relating to orders shipped outside the EU.

In cases where the reasons for returning the products are “UNKNOWN RECIPIENT”, “NOT CLAIMED”, or “REFUSED” the Customer will be charged for transport costs incurred by ALMA NATA SRL; consequently, any refund, in the case of advance payment, will be reduced by the transport costs incurred by ALMA NATA SRL for the return of the goods.

Before signing, we recommend checking that your package is perfectly intact and undamaged; in this case, please mark “damaged package” on the delivery receipt. If in this case the goods inside the package are also damaged, please inform us immediately, within 24 hours of receiving the package, and we will replace the damaged products.

Please remember that we CANNOT accept any complaint if the wording “damaged” or “withdrawal with reservation” does not appear on the courier’s note.

Responsibility

At all stages of access to the site, i.e. consultation, filling out the forms, execution of the order, delivery of the items or any other service, ALMA NATA SRL has an exclusive obligation of intermediation.

Consequently, ALMA NATA SRL declines any responsibility

for any problems or damages arising from the use of the Internet and totally unrelated to the obligations and precautions adopted by ALMA NATA SRL.

In particular, all unforeseen events connected with the execution of the service, such as external intrusions or the presence of computer viruses, cannot be attributed to ALMA NATA SRL. Similarly, anything that is due to force majeure pursuant to the provisions of the Court of Cassation totally exonerates ALMA NATA SRL from any liability. Please remember that all customers enjoy the guarantees provided by the brands present on the site.

Guarantee

All products marketed by ALMA NATA SRL are covered by the manufacturer’s conventional guarantee and by the 24-month guarantee for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. This guarantee must be asserted by the consumer.

Deliveries

The indication of the order processing time is absolutely indicative for ALMA NATA SRL.

Furthermore, due to unforeseen technical issues, delays in processing and delivering orders may occur. Please remember that, if the payment system by credit card is selected, the shipment of the goods is subject to the approval of the international payment systems and this operation may generate operational delays.

In the event of a delay in delivery or failure to deliver the products, please contact our customer service via email, writing to: ordini@alma-nata.it.

Returns

Only for orders with a receipt: you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 30 days. The withdrawal period expires after 30 days from the day of delivery either to you or to a person designated by you to collect the goods shipped.

In compliance with this deadline (withdrawal period), it is sufficient that you send us a written communication by post to:

Upon receipt of your explicit intention to withdraw from the contract, we will send you, without delay, confirmation of receipt by email or by post. In the communication, please indicate which items you intend to return and whether you prefer replacement or reimbursement.

Effects of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made on our site including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction. In the case of cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer and we will therefore ask you to provide us with the IBAN code. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

If the consumer has received the goods covered by the contract, he is requested to return the goods to:

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Please remember that you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, no. 206):

According to art. 59, we indicate that the withdrawal is excluded for the following items (e.g.: custom-made, personalized goods, goods that risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly, such as short-term organic foods or products sold on offer for a short expiration, perishable goods if opened from their original packaging, and where applicable the warranty seal has been removed).

Personal data

ALMA NATA SRL, for operational needs, reserves the right to collect data relating to users of the site. ALMA NATA SRL reserves the right to transfer, for commercial purposes, the data collected on its site.
